Rights Protected Images (RP)

Also known as ‘Rights Managed’ or ‘Traditional licensed’ images.

These images offer you as the image buyer ‘rights’ that are managed or protected. This gives you assurance of where and how an image may have been used in the past and in which industry*. It also offers protection on how the image may be used in the future.

With the addition of optional exclusivity, no one else in your industry/territory can use the image at the same time you do, providing you with security and peace of mind.

Royalty Free Plus Images (RF+)

We understand that budgets for RP images and the need for this type of license are not always there. Photonewzealand offers you Royalty Free Plus (RF+), a royalty free collection of New Zealand images with a difference.

Royalty Free (RF) licensing offers more flexibility in the use of an image compared to a RP image but less protection. In contrast to other RF libraries we offer RF+ allowing you to see the history or prior use of the image before you buy it. This offers you peace of mind knowing ether the image may have been used before.
