For 30 odd years now I've been wandering the highways and byways of the world, and of life, with a camera, snatching some of the myriad sights and moments that eventually represent ones life experience.
There have been a lot of great shots that had to be recorded only in memory, as despite best efforts, a camera is not always in the hand when needed! But Ive been fortunate to be witness to a lot of beautiful places, light and moments, that have made it onto film and now form part of my "library of snaps".
At the same time, I've been shooting commercial photos of huge variety, from travel and leisure to dark and dirty industrial reports in mines and factories, and from beautiful people in fashion to oddball characters in advertising and editorial stories.
It all adds up to an enormous privilege to have access and invitation to walks of life most people only get a glimpse of. Some of these images I'm now making available through the PhotoNewZealand library, some for the first time.
I'm glad to share some of these over the next few months with you.
