Commercial photographer specialising in architecural, food and lifestyle imagery.
Becky Nunes works from her large Auckland studio, and from the the road, making modern and stylish images of people places and things. Her work has appeared in national and international publications such as Urbis, Monument, Travel + Leisure and Dish magazines. She has been published in a number of books covering travel and food, and her most ambitious project to date, a two year study of Ta Moko, the art of Maori tattoo, will be publsihed by Penguin in December 2007. Becky is working towards a numer of exhibitons of her work as well as teaching part time in the tertiary institutes of Whitecliffe and Unitec. Her work is 90% digital, made with a high end medium format digial system, and contains a high level of post-production values.
