We pride ourselves on making the process of delivering images to you as easy as possible.
Format
All images are supplied as 300dpi RGB files unless otherwise specified. We can supply image files targetted to any specific CMYK/RGB profile upon request.
Download
Once your image(s) are ready, we make them available to you from our Image Server and then email you with very easy instructions on how to access this server using your web browser. Images can then be downloaded directly to your desktop.
Hi Res Download Account
If you would like to have immediate access to high-resolution (300dpi) images, you can apply for a hi-res download account which will enable you to download hi-res images directly from the PhotoNewZealand website. This service is only available to clients who hold approved credit accounts with us. 1. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (NZ Time)
2. Payment must be received (or invoiced to an approved credit account) prior to delivery of images
