David comes from a career in the IT industry which gives him a remarkable advantage in the highly digitised world of modern photography. Now, as a second year photography student at Christchurch Polytech, he works part-time at PhotoNewZealand assisting Brent with the processing of image submissions from photographers and archiving of digital images. How he manages to fit in a second part-time job as well as undertaking freelance assisting roles for pro photographers is a mystery!

When there is any spare time (?) he sleeps!
